Job Description: Meridian Insurance is a family-owned and locally operated insurance agency seeking driven, personable professionals to grow with us. As an Independent Agency, we write personal, commercial, and life insurance policies through multiple partner carriers across much of the Midwest and Southeast. Agents enjoy a base salary along with commissions for new and renewal business. As your book of business grows, so does your income through renewals. Responsibilities: Prospect and engage new clients with in-depth discussions around their insurance needs Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and community influencers Deliver compelling sales presentations and close new business Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients

Requirements: Experience: State Insurance License preferred (we will train the right candidates) Sales experience highly preferred Bilingual/Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply Skills: Ability to navigate and learn new technology and quoting platforms Strong problem-solving and risk assessment abilities Personable and team-oriented; existing referral networks a plus
