Were looking for a motivated sales representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll build lasting relationships with clients, evaluate their insurance needs, and recommend customized coverage options. Your ability to provide outstanding service and clearly explain insurance products will be essential to your success in our agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services. Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to prospective clients to discuss their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.
Deliver Tailored Solutions: Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products to both new and existing clients.
Be the Face of Allstate: Prospect and actively generate leads in your community through networking, referrals, events, and outreach. Build genuine relationships and become a known, trusted resource in your local market.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and inquiries to maintain their satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Goals: Meet and exceed set sales targets through effective customer consultations and new business acquisition.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's insurance offerings and industry trends to provide clients with current and relevant information.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent service to ensure a positive experience for every client, addressing concerns swiftly and accurately.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Kentucky, Ohio, or Indiana Property & Casualty License is preferred but not necessary. Licensing assistance is available.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-Centric: A dedication to exceeding client expectations. Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in an in-office work environment and collaborate effectively.
Team Player: Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues to foster a positive work environment. Tech Proficient: Familiarity with CRM systems and other communication platforms.

Evenings are not required but occasional evening availability may be required to accommodate client appointments and sales opportunities.
Saturdays are typically not required, but occasional participation may be needed for community events or sales opportunities. Any leads generated from these events will be yours to follow up on.
