Responsibilities Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists. Developing leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate insurance products and services Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Identify opportunity to cross-sell other lines of business Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding inquiries such as insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and new business production goals Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day

Requirement Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Be capable of handling customer rejection. Ability to perform well in a detailed-oriented, fast paced environment. Demonstrate success in achieving sales goals. Must have or be willing to obtain the General Lines: Property & Casualty License within a certain time frame. Must have or be willing to obtain the General Lines: Life, Accident & Health License within a certain time frame.
