What We’re Looking For in an Insurance Agent
- Licensed Agents: Active Florida 2-15 License (Life, Health & Annuities).

Pay, Benefits & Perks
- $30/hour during training
- Uncapped commission + monthly bonuses after licensing
- Top performers earn $6K–$8K/month in the first year
