Responsibilities Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases. Educate customers on the benefits of our products and help them make informed decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and foster repeat business. Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Requirement At least 1 year of sales or marketing experience is required (office or retail) Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM/Database and general computer skills Strong communication skills and professional phone presence Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed Ability to obtain an Oregon Property & Casualty insurance license quickly (well help and cover costs) Bonus if you already hold an active Oregon P&C license
