In this role, you will be pivotal in generating new business by contacting potential clients and building lasting relationships. This position offers the right candidate an opportunity to significantly contribute to the growth of our wide array of insurance and financial services products, specifically focused on automobiles, homes, and small businesses. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Set up meetings with potential clients to present our product portfolio. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams. Proven ability to negotiate and understand the sales process. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM software and MS Office. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Creativity and commercial awareness.
