As our newest Agency Producer you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
  • Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy

Requirements
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Work with Sales Manager to reach agency goals
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required
  • Texas General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license required.
