Base pay starts at $75K with uncapped commission structure available
About the Role
As an IT Sales Representative , you will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth by selling a broad portfolio of IT and managed services solutions to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) and mid-market clients. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to present customized solutions that enhance operational efficiency, security, and business performance for clients.
Key Responsibilities Proactively prospect and generate new business through outbound sales efforts including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social selling
Execute effective territory management and account planning strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Present and position managing IT Services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and other IT offerings to business decision-makers and C-suite executives
Collaborate closely with internal pre-sales and technical teams to develop tailored IT solutions for clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Continuously build product and industry knowledge to support consultative, value-based selling
Demonstrate a strong commitment to client success, business integrity, and delivering measurable value
Required Qualifications 4+ years of B2B sales experience , preferably in IT services, technology solutions, managed services, or a related sector
Proven track record of generating leads and closing new business deals
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities; self-starter capable of working independently
Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required for client visits
