Collaborate with team members during sales presentations to overcome objections and close additional sales. Ensure outstanding customer service for every guest who visits Helzberg Diamonds. Contribute to store operations, including merchandising, displays, and overall maintenance. Required Experience: 1 to 3 years of retail experience. Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent. The ideal candidate will possess: A proven track record of success in a commission-based sales environment. Excellent communication skills and a strong internal motivation. The flexibility to interact effectively with a diverse range of personalities. 1 to 3 years of experience in jewelry retail.
