Jewelry Television® has a new retail store, Jewelry Love by JTV, in Pigeon Forge! Jewelry Love by JTV®is looking for full and part-time customer-focused individuals to join our sales team.
Job Summary: As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand-responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the store. You'll play a key role in achieving sales goals, assisting with merchandising, and supporting store operations.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, engaging, and building strong customer relationships. Achieve and exceed personal and event sales goals on a consistent basis. Maintain and actively grow a client base through follow-up, outreach, and exceptional service. Collect customer contact information, including email addresses, to support marketing and social media efforts. Assist in generating new customer traffic through referrals, promotions, and community engagement. Support daily store operations including merchandising, restocking, and inventory control. Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards. Qualifications: Prior retail sales experience, Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about customer service. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
