Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Wound Care Sales Representative
Overview: We are seeking a driven, energetic, and self-motivated  Wound Care Sales Representative  to cover  Southern CA and surrounding areas . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in medical sales—or the determination to break into the industry—to make a significant impact by promoting innovative wound care solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Promote advanced skin substitute products to physicians, clinics, and wound care centers Educate healthcare providers and staff on product benefits, clinical data, and billing/reimbursement processes Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the wound care space Manage territory strategically—scheduling demos, following up, and closing deals efficiently Collaborate with back-office support to streamline onboarding and reimbursement procedures
Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in medical sales) Experiences: Proven sales experience, preferably in medical or wound care sales Existing relationships with healthcare providers in wound care (a strong plus) Other: Highly professional, persuasive, and organized with strong follow-up skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Compensation and Benefits: Salary:  $70,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience and performance) Benefits:  Competitive package including healthcare, commission/bonus potential, and professional development support
Schedule: Full-time Work arrangement:  On-site (territory-based in Southern CA and surrounding areas)
