Job description
The Swatch Group US is looking for a Junior Sales & Inventory Control Analyst to join our Corporate Finance/Controlling team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships with internal and external clients, be self-motivated, proactive, energetic, detail-oriented, assertive and efficient, combined with strong analytical capabilities. They would be able to work in a team environment, think creatively and perform with enthusiasm.
Profile
Daily retail (ECOM & Corporate Stores) sales reconciliation
Prepare, execute, and analyze reports in Excel by extracting data from accounting systems and retail register systems
Manage, identify and correct data irregularities
Identify and implement improvements to optimize analysis and reporting processes
Work closely with Sales & Inventory Control Analyst to ensure accurate inventory reporting
Participate in Retail Inventory processes and gradually assume ownership of assigned brands
All other duties assigned by Management
Professional requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration, or other relevant major is required
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or analytical experience is required
Experience with SAP (FICO/MM) & Cegid is preferred
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications required, with intermediate or advanced Excel skills
Able to build relationships with internal and external clients
Must be able to demonstrate a Can-do attitude
- Adept at manipulating figures on excel spreadsheets with a sharp eye to identify mathematical errors or illogical calculations
Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
This position requires the Demand Planner to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
