Junior Sales + Project Specialist - LA Showroom

New Yesterday

About Us: We are a Philadelphia-based design and fabrication company with a rich history offering customizable and bespoke designs to high-end residential and commercial clients. Over the past decade, we've evolved a line of meticulously crafted furniture and furnishings including shelving, kitchens, lighting, decorative doors and more that combine artisan finishes with the highest quality metal and wood construction. With a flagship showroom in NYC and an exciting new showroom opening in Los Angeles, we're expanding our presence to better serve the architectural and design communities nationwide. About the Role: We're looking for confident, organized, creative, mechanically minded, and energetic individuals to help represent our brand and support our clients in Los Angeles. Unlike our NYC showroom that is located within a design center, our LA space is a standalone destination. That means we're seeking self-starters who are equally comfortable welcoming clients into the showroom, visiting job sites, or supporting presentations to prospective clients in their offices. This role requires a genuine interest in high-end interiors, the ability and desire to build an expert knowledge in fabrication processes, and the ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and priorities. This role will serve as a face of our brand on the West Coast-guiding clients through our capabilities, consulting on custom fabrication approaches, and presenting our growing collection of product offerings. Candidates will need to read and interpret architectural drawings and help to move projects forward with insight, clarity, and polish. Key Responsibilities: Represent our products and capabilities to architects, interior designers, and homeowners with a consultative, design-forward approach. Develop a deep working product and process knowledge so that you can lead client presentations in the showroom, at client offices, or on job sites. Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts to propose product solutions or custom fabrication approaches. Develop pricing, define scope, and deliver comprehensive proposals to our clients. Act as a trusted advisor for our clients and a partner to our Philadelphia-based team, supporting the life-cycle of our LA based projects. Support the growth of our West Coast presence by building and maintaining strong positive relationships. What We're Looking For: Quick learners with professional or academic experience in one of the following fields architectural / interior design, high-end furniture production or custom fabrication, architectural sales or project management. Strong design literacy and ability to communicate fluently with designers and architects. Interest in consultative sales / relationship building to support our long-term sales processes. Comfort working independently and off-site with clients. Polished communication skills and professional presence. Bonus if you have: Experience in or understanding of fabrication methods and materials. Familiarity with ERP, or project tracking systems. Background in architecture, interior design, fabrication, or industrial design. Compensation + Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, profit-sharing, 401(k) with match, health benefits, paid time off, and the opportunity to grow with a company known for innovation, integrity, and creativity.
