  1. Maintain and develop key accounts, build strong client relationships, and manage the end-to-end sales process from opportunity identification to payment collection as the primary account manager. Achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
  2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company product modules and costs. Collaborate with the pricing team to develop competitive sales prices and integrated solutions based on customer needs.
  3. Proactively collect and relay market insights to enhance the team's understanding of industry trends.
  4. Develop personal and regional sales plans, deeply engage with industry-leading clients, drive business model innovation, establish benchmarks, and enhance the company's service reputation and brand.

Requirements

3+ years of sales experience in international freight forwarding/e-commerce cross-border logistics, with expertise in overseas warehousing, parcel delivery, and 2C e-commerce logistics.

Strong self-motivation with the ability to thrive under pressure and tackle challenges.

Excellent logical thinking, communication, adaptability, and commercial negotiation skills.

Customer-centric mindset with proven brand marketing and strategic planning capabilities.
