What you will do
As a Key Component Sales Hub Manager , you will:
Lead a team of Business Development Managers, providing strategic direction and operational oversight.
Set clear, performance-based objectives aligned with broader business goals.
Mentor team members in strategic thinking, market engagement, and opportunity development.
Localize global strategies to reflect regional market dynamics and priorities.
Continuously assess customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor competitive activity and develop targeted strategies to regain market share.
Lead regional product management by consolidating market and customer insights to inform innovation.
Ensure consistent quality across both project-based and standalone sales.
Partner with Project Centers, Services, and Market Operations to ensure effective product deployment.
Drive regional product management by consolidating market and customer input to inform design and innovation.
Lead Handshake meetings with Market Operations to align on unit and order intake forecasts.
Maintain structured follow-up on open proposals with Market Operations and Channels.
Ensure adherence to pricing, margin, and risk governance for quotations.
Drive 3-year unit forecasts to support capability planning, investment decisions, and service capacity.
Manage regional pricing, prepare cost estimates, and deliver competitive quotations.
Establish SMART (Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Timebound) plans with each market in the Hub region.
Create comprehensive Customer Solution Needs (CSNs) for tailored client solutions.
Partner with Market Operations to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Participate in trade shows and customer events to strengthen brand visibility and foster customer engagement.
Secure new products and services for channel distribution via PSE.
Drive over-proportional KC sales growth, improve quote response times, and track performance using KMI (Key Management Indicators), KPI, and KAI across the Flywheel of Success (FoS), excluding Equipment Quality and A&D.
We believe you have
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and similar applications.
Willingness to travel locally, approximately 15–20% of the time.
Ability to adapt global initiatives to reflect market-specific dynamics and regional strategic priorities.
Proven ability to drive regional product management by consolidating market and customer insights to inform design and innovation.
Capable of providing regular updates on won/lost projects, strike ratios, and market challenges to support strategic decision-making.
Experience in the Food and Beverage Industry and prior experience as a Business Development Manager are considered strong advantages.
Background in Technical Sales and Business Management is a plus.
Pay Equity
Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include overtime, annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.
Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $124,800.00-196,000.00 .
Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 18% of ABS.
