Join our team to help shape the future of chemical innovation. Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a LATAM Sales Specialist, preferably based in Mexico City. The Sales Specialist will lead sales growth across the Latin American market by managing customer relationships, delivering product training, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies and collaborating closely with the sales management team to achieve performance targets. The role requires intensive sales and client management throughout Mexico and LATAM, with periodic travel to the USA for training and industry conferences (valid US visa required). The focus is on technical sales in sectors such as latex, lubricants, adhesives, asphalt polymers, pigments, water treatment, and mining. The position offers remote work flexibility, a collaborative team culture, and strong potential for future growth. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field
• 2–5 years' experience in the chemical industry or chemical-related position; prior sales experience is a plus but not required
• Native Spanish speaker with intermediate to advanced English proficiency (Portuguese optional)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across Mexico and LATAM
• High level of initiative and self-motivation; able to work independently in a remote setting
• Valid US visa required for periodic training and industry conferences
• Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn product applications and solutions
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to business development
