Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development of our Sales Core greenfield application. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team, influence architectural decisions, and build a critical application from the ground up that will significantly impact our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust full stack solutions for the Sales Core application.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver high-quality features.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring the long-term maintainability and scalability of the application.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of the Sales Core application.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our technical stack.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in full stack software development, with a strong emphasis on both front-end and back-end technologies.
Proven experience leading a team of engineers and delivering complex software projects.
Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React).
Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., .NET, Node.js, Python, Go).
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Experience building greenfield applications.
Familiarity with sales-related software or CRM systems.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Contributions to open-source projects.
