Your responsibilities will include: Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of sales associates, offering support and direction. Create staff schedules and allocate tasks to optimize store efficiency. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback. Assist in training new associates while promoting an engaging work atmosphere. Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly and assist them with a professional approach. Share your knowledge of products, providing personalized recommendations for an enhanced shopping experience. Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries or issues, escalating as needed. Keep the sales floor clean and organized, ensuring products are attractively displayed. Sales and Target Achievement: Boost sales through active customer engagement and product promotion. Work to meet or surpass both individual and team sales goals. Analyze sales trends to pinpoint areas for improvement. Partner with the store manager to devise strategies for increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise. Participate in regular inventory audits and stock management tasks. Ensure products are accurately priced and labeled. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail management is beneficial. Demonstrated experience in retail sales, with a record of meeting sales goals. Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented mindset with a dedication to exceptional service. Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced environment and multitasking effectively. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
