Your Responsibilities: Deliver an outstanding experience to our customers through excellent service. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Encourage customer participation in company programs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Cross-train in all areas of store operations for versatile skills. Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred: 1 year of experience in retail or customer service. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to consistently lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of your shift. Willingness to complete training for forklift certification as per our Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
