What You'll Do:- Perform roof inspections and identify storm or age-related damage- Educate homeowners on the insurance and retail replacement process- Present estimates and sign restoration agreements- Manage homeowner relationships from inspection through installation- Work company-provided inbound leads and generate your own opportunities- Mentor junior sales representatives and support their development- Represent BCR with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community

What You Bring:- Sales Degree or 3+ years of proven success in a sales role, especially with inbound lead conversion - Must have 1+ years sales experience and knowledge specific to the construction industry; roofing, remodeling, renovations.- Strong communication, follow-through, and closing skills- Confidence and discipline to manage your time and pipeline independently- Experience or ability to guide and mentor others-leadership qualities are key- Comfortable inspecting roofs (training provided)- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license- Smartphone capable of capturing photos and video

Compensation & Benefits:- $30,000 Base Salary- 9% Uncapped Commission on monthly revenue above $40,000- Estimated annual earnings: $95,000 - $175,000+- Performance Bonuses- Weekly Pay Cycle- ICHRA Health Reimbursement with HSA eligibility- Paid Industry-Leading Training (fully ramped in just 5 days)- Flexible Scheduling with strong back-office support

Schedule:- Full-Time- Saturdays Required
