The Sales Consultant is responsible for converting leads into booked appointments and memberships through proactive outreach and exceptional communication skills. This role involves calling and following up with leads generated from Facebook, Google, and other social platforms, educating potential clients on services offered, and successfully closing sales. The ideal candidate has a med spa background, strong product and service knowledge, and proven sales experience to effectively guide clients through their decision-making process while embodying V/O Med Spa’s core values.
Primary Functions/Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Contacts and follows up with new and existing leads generated through online marketing campaigns and social platforms
· Conducts consultative sales calls to understand guest needs and recommends appropriate services, packages, and memberships
· Maintains expert-level knowledge of all med spa services, treatments, and products to effectively communicate benefits and outcomes
· Achieves individual and team sales goals by driving appointment bookings and upselling packages
· Accurately tracks leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system
· Provides a professional and personalized consultation experience, building rapport and trust with potential clients
· Supports marketing initiatives by gathering feedback from leads and identifying trends to improve campaigns
· Embodies the values and culture of V/O Med Spa in every interaction, ensuring the highest level of service and professionalism

Qualifications:
· Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
· Med Spa / Aesthetic Knowledge: Understanding of services such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, Hydrafacial, Emsculpt, and skincare solutions.
· Strong Communication Skills: Ability to confidently and professionally speak with potential clients, build rapport, and close sales over the phone.
· CRM & Lead Management: Proficiency in using CRM systems or lead tracking tools to manage follow-ups and conversions.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
· Ability to remain seated and handle phone calls for extended periods.
· Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
· Mental focus and resilience to manage objections and high lead volumes.
· Ability to multitask effectively while navigating CRM and booking systems.
