We are seeking an experienced and seasoned Licensed Commercial Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fully remote , commission-only role designed for a producer who is confident, connected, and ready to grow. Youll have the flexibility to work from home or join us in a hybrid or in-person capacity, depending on your preference.

Source new business through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
Follow up with and close inbound leads provided by the office
Create and present tailored proposals that demonstrate real value
Offer expert guidance on insurance coverage, risk management, and industry trends
Maintain and grow client relationships, assisting with renewals and upselling
Actively cross-sell policies and identify upselling opportunities across accounts
Requirements
Valid insurance license required
Proven experience as a successful insurance producer
Established book of business or strong professional network preferred
Niche specialization or industry focus is a strong advantage
Self-starter with a strong drive to build, grow, and lead
