Schedule: MondayFriday

Compensation: Base Pay: $47,840$52,000 + Monthly Commissions & Performance Bonuses

Total First-Year Earning Potential: $63,000$100,000+

What Youll Do:

  • Handle high-intent, inbound-only leadsabsolutely no cold calling
  • Consult across personal and commercial lines to design customized coverage
  • Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers
  • Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management
  • Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision
  • Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture


What Were Looking For:

  • Active Property & Casualty license (CT or transferable)
  • 2+ years of insurance sales or service experience
  • Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation
  • Bilingual (EnglishSpanish) is a plus
