What You’ll Do: Handle high-intent, inbound-only leads—absolutely no cold calling Consult across personal and commercial lines to design customized coverage Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture
What We’re Looking For: Active Property & Casualty license (CT or transferable) 2+ years of insurance sales or service experience Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation Bilingual (English–Spanish) is a plus
