Compensation: Base Pay: $47,840$52,000 + Monthly Commissions & Performance Bonuses
Total First-Year Earning Potential: $63,000$100,000+

What You'll Gain:

What Youll Do:
- Handle high-intent, inbound-only leadsabsolutely no cold calling
- Consult across personal and commercial lines to design customized coverage
- Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers
- Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management
- Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision
- Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture
What Were Looking For:
- Active Property & Casualty license (CT or transferable)
- 2+ years of insurance sales or service experience
- Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred
- Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation
- Bilingual (EnglishSpanish) is a plus
