As part of our successful sales team, we will assist you in developing your business leadership skills, industry, and business acumen, as well as provide you training in sales, marketing, prospecting, insurance, and more.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of prior sales experience, be able to pass an in-depth background check, and be able to participate in mandatory training to take advantage of this opportunity.

Responsibilities * Evaluate the individual needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options * Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products * Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent * Meet established new business production objectives to further the agencys overall financial goals * Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly

Qualifications * Job seekers must already have or be willing to obtain their Kansas Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance license. * Three year minimum sales experience preferred * Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others * Must successfully complete a background check * Proven leadership and communication skills

*Compensation is a combination of:*

*Training Allowance + Commission + Performance-Based Bonuses*

Pay: $49,709.00 - $105,960.00 per year
