Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Policy Recommendations: Provide detailed and personalized insurance plan recommendations that best fit individual client needs.
Lead Generation: Actively seek out new business opportunities by networking and leveraging existing client relationships.
Sales Execution: Successfully close sales through comprehensive understanding and explanation of policy features and benefits.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and changes to maintain a competitive edge and knowledge base.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update client information and interactions using CRM tools to ensure seamless service and follow-up efforts.
Requirement
Licensing: Must hold a current Texas Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Demonstrated success in insurance sales or customer relations preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills essential for client interaction.
Customer Focused: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Remote Work Ability: Comfortable with a hybrid remote work setup, with self-discipline to manage tasks independently.
