Responsibilities Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions. Policy Customization: Develop and present customized insurance plans that meet the individual requirements of each client. Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by effectively promoting and selling a variety of insurance products. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction. Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to suggest additional insurance products that can benefit the client, optimizing their coverage. Market Awareness: Stay informed of industry trends and competitive offerings to provide timely and accurate advice to clients.
Requirement Licensing: Active Tennessee Property & Casualty License is required. Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a comparable field is desirable. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential. Customer-Centric: A dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations is a must. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining productivity and collaboration. Team Collaborator: Ability to work efficiently with a team, fostering positive relationships. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools is a plus.
