Engage with potential customers to establish their insurance needs and financial security goals. Offer expert advice and information on various insurance policies to promote sales. Maintain a deep understanding of Allstate products, underwriting guidelines, and discounts. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by developing new relationships and nurturing existing ones. Handle policy renewals and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions managing client portfolios effectively. Ensure compliance with insurance laws and regulations. Participate in continuing education programs in both insurance products and sales tactics.
