Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other marketing strategies.
Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify the appropriate insurance products for clients, including life, health, auto, and property insurance.
Policy Recommendations: Present insurance options and educate clients on coverage options, policy benefits, and pricing.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while consistently achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Policy Maintenance: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, claims, and updates as needed.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Documentation: Accurately process and maintain client records, policy documentation, and sales reports in CRM systems.
Requirement
Licensing: Valid state-issued insurance P&C License required.
Licensing assistance available.
Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory. Entry-level candidates with the right mindset are encouraged to apply.
Sales Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and other digital tools to manage leads and client relationships.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
