Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies. Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirement Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Must be highly self-motivated. Great Customer Service Skills. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Must have a sales mindset. Driven and goal-oriented individual. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
