Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide customized recommendations for coverage.

Policy Sales: Drive sales by explaining policy features, benefits, and advantages to potential clients.

Customer Retention: Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any service issues.

Documentation: Prepare and process insurance applications and endorsements accurately and efficiently.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to identify potential sales opportunities.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with both company policies and insurance industry regulations.


Requirements

Licensing: Current and active Washington State Property & Casualty License is essential.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for client interactions and relationship management.
