Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing

Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client

Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business

Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate

Negotiate with buyer’s agents to secure the best terms and outcomes for your sellers Follow up with leads provided by our sales team and schedule listing appointments Conduct professional listing presentations to win business and build client trust Keep sellers informed with weekly updates on their listing status and activity Qualifications: Completes tasks quickly and efficiently

Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills

Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone

Currently licensed in real estate
