Licensed Inside Sales Agent Role
Marcus & Millichap South Bay / Los Angeles is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent to begin a long-term path in commercial real estate. This opportunity is built for individuals ready to gain direct industry experience, work under daily mentorship, and follow a clear track toward becoming a successful listing agent.
In this position, you’ll connect with inbound and outbound prospects, evaluate investor interest, identify property opportunities, and coordinate appointments for senior advisors. You’ll also strengthen your skills in research, outreach, and lead development while working in a fast-paced environment that provides rewarding commissions.

Compensation: $150,000 at plan
Responsibilities: Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
Qualifications: Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
Real Estate license required
License is required in order to earn commissions
