Assess properties and develop competitive pricing strategies

Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
Responsibilities: Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes a thorough CMA
Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale
Work alongside the Listing Manager to get your properties on the market
Maintain consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell
Evaluate, showing feedback, and reevaluate pricing as needed
Effectively oversee negotiations for sellers
Consult with clients to ensure 5-star service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
Qualifications: Current Texas Real Estate License
Must be local to the New Braunfels area
Excellent understanding of the market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
1+ year of prior experience with listing properties
Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
Team player who believes their success is the organization’s success
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
