Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000 yearly Responsibilities: Own the Sales Process Guide clients from first contact through closing with precision and care, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience. Be the Local Market Expert Leverage deep knowledge of neighborhoods and communities to match clients with the right properties — and provide insights that build trust. Generate and Grow Your Pipeline Prospect consistently, nurture relationships, and convert opportunities into closed deals within your designated territory. Deliver White-Glove Service Build lasting relationships by exceeding expectations and becoming each client’s go-to real estate advisor — not just for one transaction, but for life.
