Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored advice. Sales and Promotion: Achieve personal and team sales targets through proactive outreach and client engagement. Policy Customization: Customize insurance plans that meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring they have the best coverage at competitive rates. Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by recommending additional insurance products and services. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities meet regulatory requirements and adhere to company standards. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. Team Collaboration: Work with team members to strategize on best practices and improve overall client experience.
Requirement Licensing: Active South Carolina Property & Casualty License is required, Life & Health license a plus. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations. Motivation: A positive attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed sales targets. Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
