What Youll Do

Generate quotes using both provided leads and your own outreach Educate prospects and clients on coverage options to protect their assets Build strong relationships with clients and referral sources Deliver top-tier customer service and follow-through Network via community events, social media, and warm lead outreach Maintain attention to detail and compliance in every transaction

What Were Looking For

Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License Coachable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset Bilingual (Spanish or Armenian) is a plus Sales experience is a bonus, but not requiredwell train the right person A positive mindset and passion for helping others
