Responsibilities Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with prospective and current clients by understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Execution: Achieve sales targets by positioning and selling agency products and services effectively.
Policy Management: Manage and update client insurance policies, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
Insurance Consultation: Provide clients with expert guidance on existing policies and suggest improvements or changes as needed.
Lead Development: Generate and follow up on sales leads to widen the agencys client base.
Collaboration: Work closely with the agency team to develop innovative sales strategies and drive client engagement.
Requirements Licensing: Possess an active insurance license or be willing to obtain a license. Experience: A minimum of 1 year proven track record in sales or sales development. Customer-Focused: Demonstrate a strong dedication to delivering quality customer service and the aptitude to nurture client relationships. Communication Skills: Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Proactive: Ability to identify opportunities for growth and demonstrate initiative. Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute positively to the agency culture. Technology Proficiency: Comfort with CRM systems and various digital tools for efficient work management.
