Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their life and health insurance needs and delivering tailored services.

Sales Generation: Proactively seek new clients and opportunities to provide both life and health insurance solutions.

Consultative Selling: Explain complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively, assisting clients in making informed decisions.

Account Management: Monitor client accounts and policies, ensuring timely renewals and addressing any arising inquiries or changes.

Community Involvement: Represent the agency in local community events and build positive relationships and visibility.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the ever-evolving insurance products and services to provide up-to-date recommendations to clients.


Requirements

Licensing: Active CA Life and Health Insurance License is required

Experience: Previous experience in life and health insurance sales or a related field is advantageous

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills

Customer Focus: A commitment to putting customer needs first

Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently while being part of a team

Target-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
