Compensation: $75,000 at plan
Responsibilities: Commit to remaining educated about the various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of program requirements and ensure our customers are satisfied
Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales
Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met
Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders
Take ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of all necessary bookkeeping, client, and sales reports in order to track and communicate the status of assigned goals
Qualifications: Fundamental computer skills, such as experience with Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful
Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license
Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial
