Position SummaryResponsible for dailyfunctions within Loan Sales Support, in the operations center of the Bank, whichinclude processing and servicing of all loan types. Essential Duties andResponsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.)Keying,verification and maintenance of loans.Demonstrateworking knowledge of Bank loan products and procedures. Imaging of loanfiles and any additional documentation.Tracking andclearing of exceptions to bank policy and regulatory requirements.Reconciliation ofloan general ledger accounts. Escrowprocessing.Collateral lienperfection and release.Monitoring of consumercredit reporting, including inquiry, research and disputes.Ability torespond knowledgeably to customer inquiries.Primary dutiesmay differentiate based upon level of experience within the role.May be requestedto assist in the support of other bank activities.QualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalent and 2-3 years ofexperience in loan operations or an equivalent combination of education andexperience. Exhibit attention to detail and accuracy.Proven problem-solving, critical thinking, andanalytical skills. Ability to interpreta variety of information furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Proficiency in using computers and office products(e.g., Word, Excel).Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.
