Role Overview:

  • We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Rep/Account Manager to expand our logistics staffing division. This role is designed for someone with existing relationships in logistics staffing — warehouse managers, HR professionals, and supply chain directors — who can deliver immediate results.

Responsibilities:

  • Use your existing relationships to secure new logistics and warehousing staffing clients.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring smooth operations and continuous staffing success.
  • Collaborate with our recruiting team to fill roles efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay on top of market trends to position The Archetype Strategy as a top choice for logistics staffing.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue and gross profit targets.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics/warehousing staffing sales or account management.
  • A strong network of relationships with 3PLs, fulfillment centers, and warehouse managers.
  • Deep understanding of logistics operations and seasonal staffing demands.
  • Proven sales track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • High-energy self-starter who thrives in a growth-focused environment.
