Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and polished Concierge Sales Manager to join our team. This role requires high-touch, relationship-driven client engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury jewelry, skilled in high-end sales, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients both virtually and in-person at our Montecito showroom.
Provide exceptional, personalized service to clients, offering styling advice and product recommendations tailored to individual tastes and occasions. This luxury experience should extend from greeting to after-sales follow up.
Proactively build a private book of business through networking, referrals, and consistent client follow-up.
Coordinate private appointments, events, and trunk shows designed to foster client engagement and drive sales.
Prepare personalized product presentations (both in person and digitally) in line with styling and visual merchandising standards.
Maintain knowledge of current collections and brand story to effectively communicate the value and craftsmanship of each piece. Continually educate yourself on market trends and competitive products.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in luxury retail sales, client relations, or personal styling.
Proven success in building and managing a client book, preferably in fine jewelry or fashion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person, over the phone and online.
Strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a boutique, entrepreneurial environment.
Knowledge of fine jewelry materials, design and care preferred.
Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings for appointments and events as needed.

Compensation:
Base salary $45,000-$50,000/year DOE
Commission: 5-9% of sales for On-Target Earnings (OTE) around $75,000-$85,000/year. A star performer could exceed $100k a year if they excel at sales.
