Job Duties:
Oversees designated Inside Sales domestic and offshore staff to ensure all Inside Sales functions are worked within the established timeframes.
Provides day-to-day management of activities and processes of Inside Sales team regardless of location.
Works with Team Leads and Supervisors to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly key performance indicators for staff.
Tracks, trends, and publishes ongoing metrics for Inside Sales.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal and healthcare regulations. Maintains abreast of new and upcoming regulations, as well as healthcare industry trends.
Provides feedback and recommendations on improving systems and processes.
Holds self and team members accountable for meeting performance expectations.
Conducts daily/weekly audit and follow-up of “Parachute Health - Inside Sales Dashboards.”
Improves processes within department emphasizing quality and efficiency, while identifying and removing barriers.
Anticipates and resolves problems while demonstrating good judgment.?
Reports audit metrics for employees in order to monitor accuracy and productivity rates.
Takes escalated phone calls that cannot be effectively resolved by team members.
Oversees the team’s progress in onboarding referrals to the Parachute Health Order Portal using multiple methods including Push back, Oxygen Recerts, fax back program, cold call, working non-qualified orders and requests from sales team.
Evaluates interrelationship of referral source, medical team and reimbursement concerns and strives to make fact-based, balanced decisions.
Works with Director and Vice President of Sales to develop and maintain best processes and practices for the Inside Sales Team.
Coordinates, conducts, and attends regular Inside Sales Team meetings.
Understands and maintains focus on most profitable business lines.
Identifies programs or initiatives that potentially could increase company revenues, decrease costs, and/or increase referral source/patient satisfaction.
Shares information and expertise with peers to enable them to be effective.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Three (3) years’ work related in health care administrative, customer service, inside sales, call center or management regardless of industry required
Two (2) years of work-related experience in B2C Sales is preferred
