Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Inside Sales department as well as contributing to the sales growth of the organization. Apply experience and judgment in the interpretation and application of senior management directives. Work independently and meet set goals. Manage department staff and budget. Work closely with the Executive Team and the Marketing Director on all sales-related activities.

Essential Duties:
Recuiting, training, and supervising members of the inside sales team.
Set and track weekly sales targets, customer engagements and KPI's
Build an open communication culture across all sales teams
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
Analyze sales performance data, develop actionable insights, and implement initiatives that drive continued sales growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and promote a culture of customer-centricity across the sales team.
Collaborates closely with divisional managers to develop effective sales call templates and to establish effective and consistent customer interactions.
Coordinates closely with marketing and field sales to gather insights and understand customers' unique needs, market conditions, and competitors.
Provides appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets.
Responsible for the escalated customer complaints and resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
Demonstrates and promotes behaviors consistent with the Company's vision, mission, and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers.
Complies with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Experience
Business unit P&L management experience
5+ years of experience building, leading, and managing a world-class Inside Sales team
Knowledge of medical imaging would be ideal but not required
Demonstrated experience with CRM and/or Service Sales software packages
Travel
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Must live within a reasonable driving distance of a major airport.
