Lead and inspire a national sales team to exceed growth targets Develop and execute a forward-thinking sales strategy aligned with segment goals Architect winning deal strategies and competitive proposals tailored to client needs Drive client retention and margin growth through strategic account planning Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Design and Operations to win new business Analyze financial and operational data to guide executive leadership and optimize performance Champion a consultative, solution-oriented sales culture across the organization What We Offer
