Summary: Mauston Tool is expanding its capabilities and ability to serve a larger market in the plastic injection mold building industry. We are searching for dynamic individuals who desire to join a dedicated and progressive team. Responsibilities Sales Professional is responsible for quoting all new work in a plastic injection mold building facility. Understands the customer RFQ and standards. Seeks vendor quotes when required. Works closely with the Sales Department to gather required information necessary to generate a process that is the most cost effective. Consults with the Mauston Tool team; including the Owner, Tooling Engineer, and Plant Manager to create a quote that gives the company the best opportunity to make a profit and win the work. Qualifications – Education and Experience Willing to train the right team member. AS or BS degree in Tool Engineering or Plastics preferred or equivalent experience. Or a minimum of 5 years of experience in directly related field. Qualifications – Skills and Competencies -Courage indicated by strength of character, and ability to deal with trouble and make good judgement skills -Demonstrate a focus on Continuous Improvement, and promote that culture -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously -Strong communication (verbal and written), teamwork and organizational skills -Understanding of injection mold design -Understanding machine/manufacturing and tool making -Knowledge of injection molds -Efficient in SolidWorks and Microsoft products Job Type: Full-time Pay: $ $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
