This position is responsible for leading Keurig Dr Pepper’s (KDP) sourcing activities to drive results for the Marketing and Sales organization. The Manager will actively manage the supplier portfolio supporting our brand strategies with consumers and customers. Categories include Merchandising, Marketing Materials or Point of Sale, Consumer and Customer Data and Research, Shopper Marketing, Brokers, Public Relations, and others (Media, Creative, and Production). The incumbent must develop policies to support value capture and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve supplier performance. What you will do: Enable KDP’s growth by supporting Sales and Marketing initiatives through tailored sourcing strategies in each category. Design a fit-for-purpose organization to ensure results with appropriate overheads for high ROI. Champion the sourcing process within the Supply Management program, develop strategies with plans for cost savings, risk mitigation, and build supplier strategies with clear short and long-term tactics. Lead negotiations with suppliers, focusing on pricing, service, and quality targets. Manage the supplier selection process based on sound criteria. Continuously identify and implement new value capture opportunities. Work with Legal to establish and execute optimal contract terms, including tooling and capital equipment purchases. Analyze spend data and market trends to prioritize sourcing initiatives within designated categories. Engage stakeholders enterprise-wide to drive change and understand their strategies. Ensure full compliance with financial controls and SOX requirements. Report progress and value creation outcomes to business stakeholders, Finance, and Procurement leadership. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years in Procurement Management with a record of achievement; professional certification preferred. Thorough understanding of Procurement systems. Category expertise in Marketing and Sales-related fields. Experience with Agency Accounts and/or Business Development. Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams; multi-site procurement experience preferred. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Ability to influence, work autonomously and in teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours. Ability to adhere to company policies and operating principles.
