Marketing Specialist - Sales

The Marketing Specialist is an integral member of kitchen and bath event marketing team, the largest dedicated kitchen and bath event in North America. You will be responsible for managing and executing all sales marketing campaigns to drive sales leads and sponsorship revenue, as well as supporting the marketing manager and VP marketing in executing campaigns and amplifying content through our website.
You will work closely with the KBIS marketing manager, VP marketing and sales team, reporting directly into the marketing manager. You are results-driven with a desire to be part of a cohesive team working towards common goals. You have an interest in data and can apply your learnings to inform and improve marketing tactics. You are self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
Work with the marketing manager to identify target audiences and develop the marketing plan. Craft messaging that aligns with your target audience needs driving action across all marketing channels. Execute and track marketing campaigns, utilizing HubSpot, Salesforce and other marketing tools to analyze performance and refine campaigns. Work with our PPC and social media agency to drive sales marketing campaigns that deliver qualified sales leads. Manage the exhibitor sign up to show site activations and programs, creating compelling messaging and promotional campaigns for the exhibitor audience. Work with our PR agency on media tour programs, developing compelling exhibitor news stories and facilitating onsite exhibitor/media interviews. Manage the sales facing webpages and landing pages to maximize engagement and conversions. Have a strong understanding of email marketing and ability to build campaigns that engage and convert prospects. Create, post and report on social media channels. Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the collateral and tools they need to convert leads and generate revenue. Build trust, promote innovation, solve problems creatively, communicate effectively both internally and externally. Support exhibitors pre-show and onsite as required. Manage the development and launch of the show mobile app, create exhibitor training materials to support engagement. Manage the exhibitor support hub, creating support materials for exhibitors as needed to ensure they maximize their opportunities at the event. Qualifications: B2B marketing experience, previous event experience beneficial. Experience in email campaigns and automation platforms. Copywriting skills. Experience building, scheduling, executing, and analyzing social and digital advertising campaigns. Experience driving community engagement through social media. Proactive work style that demonstrates the ability to effectively prioritize, multitask, and identify potential challenge areas. Ability to build relationships and collaborate successfully with multiple functional groups internally and externally. Ability to travel within the US 10%

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Target Compensation: $60,000-65,000
Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate's qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
