About the Role We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Medical Device Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this high-impact role, you’ll become a trusted partner to healthcare professionals — from the OR floor to C suite follow-ups. You’ll demonstrate our products during live procedures, guide surgeons on best practices, and help expand the reach of our orthopedic technologies. What You’ll Do Serve as the face of MicroAire to physicians, surgical teams, and healthcare providers Conduct in-depth product demonstrations in operating rooms and clinical settings Build and grow strong, lasting client relationships Provide technical expertise and real-time support during surgical procedures Strategically grow your territory through account development and education initiatives What You Bring Previous experience in medical or B2B sales (Medical Device Sales is a plus) Solid understanding of orthopedic procedures and OR environments Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for making a difference Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Healthcare, Business, or Life Sciences) Why Join Judge Surgical/MicroAire?
