Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with inquiries and provide detailed information on medical insurance plans
Support sales representatives in managing leads and following up with clients
Accurately enter and maintain client data using digital tools
Translate documents and communication between English and Spanish, as needed
Perform administrative duties to support the daily operations of the office
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience selling medical insurance
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong computer skills (email, data entry, CRM systems, etc.)
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with healthcare plans and insurance terminology
Prior experience working in a bilingual customer service or administrative role
Willing to travel out of the office
